Shanghai Soyea organized 2 days Quality Development in Meihua zhou on 28th Dec. 2014. The activity is mainly to cultivate
team work ability and tacit understanding degree; improve team cognition as well.
The results of the activity is satisfied, all participates have different degree of cognition, which can be summarized as below;
1. Keep Empty Attitude
The trainer request each of member keep empty attitude during the activity, let us forget the position, there is no director, managers,
and there is no gender and age different as well, we have only one identity: students.
2. Keep Certain Rules
Clear objectives, unified leadership, team work, and detailed plans are all like shining pearl, and these entire pearls make together
called rules. Therefore, before the beginning of each game, the trainer repeatedly emphasizes the rules. Whether the students aware
the rules are just like the employee keep the company’s regulations and rules. Let us try to ask the company whether the regulation is
clearly, reasonable, and can be implemented, the regulation is the authoritative rule, set standards and action programs. The aim for
regulation is to improve and promote the future work, and let everyone know what the job can do and what can not do, and in general
how to do it.
3. Keep Adequate Planning
In the game ‘Pipeline’, due to rushing, we did not make a good plan, in that case we made same mistake many times. However, in the
game ‘Standing Forest’ we won the game because we have done a fully planning, and find the optimal solution. It makes me thinking
of the future work, before take action, it is necessary to spend more time on planning, otherwise it will go wrong, and even come to naught.
4. Keep Unified Command
Throughout our two days of training program, and they highlight the importance of unified leadership, unified command.
5. Keep Team Work
In this 2days activity, we talk the team work most, team work make us become members, increase power and cooperation. Cooperation
makes us truly recognize the importance of team work. As someone said, ‘do not think you can do anything, you might accomplish nothing
without a team. In the opposite, do not think you can do nothing, maybe you can do all in a team. Therefore, team work request that everyone
must keep team profit as the biggest benefit instead of selfbenefit. Each member do their own work and also need pay attention to the
coordination and cooperation of the entire team, in this case we can win.
Each individual derive more or less inspired in this employee quality development training, however the company need a longer time to
implement the training spirit to the actual work.
